The calorie count for pork loin you are using is incorrect. Pork loin is about 200 cal for a 4 oz raw serving, which would cook down to around 3 oz. However, loin and tenderloin are completely different cuts – that pic of your pork has a fat rim and looks like loin, not tenderloin. Pork tenderloin is about 120-130 cal for a 4 oz raw serving. 3.5 oz pork loin cooked would be about 5 oz raw. That looks like a lot more than 3.5 oz pork to me, each slice looks about 1.5-2 oz – but its hard to tell from a photo. ![]()
